The Platform is a blockchain-based e-commerce and reward system where users:

• Purchase digital "packs" using cryptocurrency
• Reveal pack contents through a provably fair mechanism
• Receive outcomes based on randomized or algorithmic logic

Please note: this is not a gambling site.

• Winning Outcome: User receives original capital + 10% reward
• Non-winning Outcome: User receives original capital returned

The Platform does not guarantee profit beyond stated outcomes and is not an investment product.

We implement a provably fair mechanism designed to ensure transparency and verifiability of outcomes.

However, we do not guarantee error-free execution due to blockchain or technical limitations.

You agree to:

• Use the Platform lawfully
• Provide accurate wallet and account information
• Maintain security of your account
• Avoid exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or system loopholes

You must NOT:

• Use mixers, tumblers, or obfuscation tools linked to illicit activity
• Engage in fraud, wash trading, or manipulation
• Use stolen funds or sanctioned addresses

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor transactions using blockchain analytics tools
• Flag suspicious activity
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts

Immediate actions may include account suspension or freezing of transactions.

By using the Platform, you consent to enforcement actions without prior notice if illegal activity is suspected.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
• Terms are violated
• Risk exposure to the platform is identified

No liability shall arise from such actions.

• All transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain
• Users are responsible for sending funds to correct addresses
• Network fees (gas fees) are covered by the company
• Maximum account deposit and balance at any time must not exceed $20,000 (twenty thousand dollars)

Cryptocurrency use involves risks, including but not limited to:

• Market volatility
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Regulatory uncertainty
• Loss of funds

You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk.

The Platform does not provide:

• Investment advice
• Financial recommendations
• Profit guarantees beyond defined mechanics

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for loss of funds due to user error
• We are not liable for blockchain failures or third-party services
• Liability is limited to the amount directly transacted on the platform
